Soul Coaching
Due to the deeply transformative nature of my work with clients, a minimum commitment of 3-months is required to work with me one-on-one.
No one is broken. We are all in a process of Becoming. My coaching practice offers a meaningful journey for personal change and transformation. Together, we explore the beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back, keeping you in a stress response, and blocking you from connecting to, and hearing the voice of your Soul. It’s time to tap into your inherent wisdom, natural healing abilities, and capacity to co-create with the Universe.
I utilize practices culled from a decade as a mindfulness teacher and a lifetime of ancestral teachings. I’m interested in working with visionaries, change-makers and rule breakers who are ready to embrace and integrate their shadows, the neglected hidden parts that keep us stuck. When we’re able to own our story, our story no longer owns us.

Intention Setting Ceremony
Cost: Sliding Scale $475 - $600 per session
This experience offers a transformative opportunity to delve into your innermost desires and intentions. Through intense guided reflection, you will identify what you wish to manifest in your life, recognize the burdens you are ready to let go of, and explore the lessons you seek to embrace.
The process is designed to facilitate a deep alchemy, allowing you to shift away from limiting beliefs and restore flow to areas of your life that feel blocked. This ritual facilitates a deepening of self-awareness and aligns you with your highest purpose.
Session is 2 hours. By video conferencing or in-person (if local).
